This option is right for people who need websites that don't require a lot of custom functionality. Examples of this are simple stores, calendars, blogs, and regular installation of any available software. I guarantee my HTML/CSS code to work on all major web browsers including IE7+, FF3+, Chrome12+, and Opera11+. All my site designs use a custom content heirarchy loosely based on the Model-View-Controller configuration for cleaner code and easier maintenance.

Project Contract - Estimate

Have you ever had an estimate go over time and ended up paying much more than you thought you should? That's not how I conduct business. After we discuss project requirements, I'll provide you with an estimate. If you accept, that price becomes final and I deliver what I promised. This option is for people who want to know exactly how much they are investing in their project ahead of time.
